All owners have secure, 24/7 access to their online account and owner statements.

The Vacation Rental side of BRIC International is a dominating and vast system of marketing established to attract worldwide clients to enjoy all that Playa del Carmen and Scottsdale have to offer while providing the highest level of service that clients would expect at all-inclusive resort style accommodations. Renters enjoy the ability to make all payments securely, online via major credit card, reserve rental cars and the option to purchase travel insurance directly through the BRIC International website. BRIC RENTAL is the property management and vacation hospitality division of BRIC International LLC

We are proud to offer this unique and incomparable service to all of our owners in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

The services provided are divided into two distinct “elements”: Property Management which is responsible for the upkeep and care of your home in Playa del Carmen and Hospitality Services which is offered as a unique, high-end, all-inclusive style format. Both divisions are operated seamlessly and are intended to service an absentee owner/investor. Both of these services are outlined briefly below and are available in complete detail in our Full Services Manual.

     PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Our Property Management systems are set up to accommodate an absentee owner to assure the home is maintained in superior quality through a detailed and thorough preventative maintenance system which includes, but not limited to, the following items:

     Weekly Maintenance – Air out of the home, dusting, empty and clean purified water tanks, mildew control, appliance check, flush all toilets and run all water taps.

     Monthly Maintenance – Paint touch up, complete fumigation, complete floor to ceiling cleaning, window cleaning, full kitchen and bath scrub, clean or change air condition filters, rotate all mattress cushions and payment of all bills.

     HOSPITALITY AND VACATION RENTAL SERVICES

This complex and full service sector can be further divided into two distinct categories. One are the services provided to the owner of the home and second, the services offered to all of our rental guests.

     Owner Services – Our entire system is hosted on an off-site server, allowing controlled access to members or our staff and 24/7 access for all owners to view the status of their account, view past statements and enter owner reservations; all in real time. Key features provided to all owners include:

  • 24/7 real time access to property account through secure login & password
  • Monthly accounting statements with details income and expense reports
  • U.S. Dollar account in The United States at Wells Fargo Bank
  • 1-day U.S. Dollar balance transfers from account to any bank in the World
  • Paper back up on all transactions
  • Property Security Deposit Protection on every rental
  • Controlled key access  & documentation of all properties
  • Professional staging and photography of your home
